Mounting adhesive is a pink color paste, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable. The paste contains environmentally friendly materials that are safe for human health and life. Refers to a group of mineral adhesives. The density of the paste is within the range of 1.84-1.87 g / cm3. Refractoriness is not lower than 1350 ° C. Time for complete curing is 24-72 hours, depending on the thickness of the layer.

Requirements for the surfaces to be bonded.

Clean the surfaces from dust and grease stains. The surfaces to be bonded must be absolutely dry.

Conditions of application.

1. Adhesive is used for mounting Himalayan salt tiles in baths & saunas. It must be applied in dry rooms with pointing method, which allows to reduce the consumption of glue to 250g/m2

2. The paste is applied with a comb trowel on one of the surfaces to be bonded. The time for complete solidification depends on the thickness of the layer. Alignment of surfaces is achieved by applying several layers with layer-by-layer hardening, but no more than 6mm. Awoid getting water on paste or tiles during the hardening period.

Packing, transportation and storage.

Mounting adhesive is supplied in polyethylene containers (buckets) with a mass of 1.5 kg, with a tight-fitting lid. Storage in unheated warehouses is alowed. After freezing, before use, the paste must be left to warm up to a temperature of at least + 5 ° C, while the quality of the paste does not change. Before work, the paste must be mixed well.
